Week 0 — The Compass. Before we start, you build your Leadership Constitution. Three hours. Your values, your attributes, and the standard you lead by, in your own words. You walk into Week 1 already knowing who you are.
Odd weeks — the module. You learn it.
Even weeks — the Application Lab. You have gone away and tried it. And it went sideways. You do not come back with questions about the content. You come back with “I had the conversation, and it went badly.”
That is the whole point. That is where leadership is actually learned — not in the module, but in the mess afterwards.
Nobody learns to lead from a video. They learn it from what happened on Thursday.
