Most workshops ask you to take it on faith. We don't. We back Building Business Momentum™ with a simple promise: we measure your team's momentum before and after, and if it hasn't moved, we keep working until it does.
HOW IT WORKS
Baseline — before we start. Your team completes the Momentum Snapshot (part of your primer): a short, defined set of behaviour-based questions, answered anonymously, that captures where your clarity, connection and momentum sit today.
Re-assessment — at the end, about three months on. After the workshop and the manager-led embedding, your team answers the same Snapshot again.
The momentum shift. We compare the two, question for question, across the six things Building Business Momentum is built to move. The difference is your proof.

The half-day Momentum Refresh is already built into every programme — a targeted return session focused on exactly what the re-assessment shows still needs to be embedded.
And if, after that, your team's momentum still hasn't moved — and you've led the embedding the way we designed it — we keep working alongside you until it does, at no additional professional fee.
We can make that promise because the follow-through is built into the programme, not offered as a consolation.
WHAT WE ASK OF YOU
This works because it's a partnership. To stand behind it, we ask that:
your team completes the Momentum Snapshot at the start and the re-assessment at the end, and
you lead the manager-led embedding over the three months, using the Facilitator Guide we provide — about an hour a fortnight, in a meeting you already have.
Do your part, and the result is on us. (A workshop can't change a team on its own. Neither can I. Your leadership of the embedding is what makes it stick — which is exactly why we ask for it.)
