How It Works
Pre-Workshop Baseline: Before the workshop, participants invite at least three colleagues, direct reports, or clients to complete a short, anonymous leadership assessment survey.
60-Day Post-Workshop Follow-Up: The same colleagues complete the survey again, assessing observed leadership improvements.
Net Score Lift Measurement: We compare pre- and post-workshop scores to track improvements in self-awareness, communication, resilience, and leadership impact.
What We Measure
Your progress is evaluated across five key leadership behaviours:
✔ Self-awareness: Do leaders recognize and adjust their leadership approach based on the situation?

If You Fully Participate and See No Progress, We Step In
Suppose your team completes all required steps (e.g., the Momentum Primer, Momentum Accelerator Post-Workshop activities, and both pre/post Leadership Impact surveys) but your team-wide Aggregate Net Score Lift does not show meaningful improvement. In that case, we provide a free Momentum Strategy Session. This session reinforces learning, applies strategies effectively, and ensures real-world leadership transformation.
